Are pets allowed in any of the Oakridge properties?
Apart from guide dogs, guests are not allowed to bring pets to Oakridge.

Where is Oakridge St. Mellion?
St. Mellion sits on the border of Cornwall and Devon, about 12 miles from Plymouth. It is within easy reach of the dual carriageways of the A30 and A38, and can be reached in under four hours from London and the Midlands.

Are the properties centrally-heated?
All Oakridge properties have full central heating and are warm year round. They also feature open fireplaces.

Do I get discounts at the St. Mellion golf club if I stay there?
Individual properties have different golf and leisure pass options available. Some include passes that allow free use of the golf and leisure facilities, some offer discounts and some offer passes to use the facilities at the nearby China Fleet Country Club.

How far is it to the St. Mellion golf courses?
Oakridge lies alongside the 'Nicklaus' golf course at St. Mellion. It is a four minute drive or 20 minute walk from the estate to the hotel via the buggy paths. Oakridge residents have access to these paths, but care should be taken during daylight hours as golfers will be playing too!

How far is it to China Fleet?
China Fleet Country Club is just over a 10 minute drive from Oakridge.

Are there any on site facilities at Oakridge?
There are almost 40 acres of grounds and woodland, but no dedicated facilities apart form those provided by the properties themselves.

Is there a pub nearby?
The Weary Friar in Pillaton is a lovely 17th Century coaching in. It can be reached by a 20 minute walk along a public footpath at the far end of the of drive or is about three minutes by car.

Are there supermarkets nearby?
There is a Co-Op and Tesco in Callington (7 minute drive) and a Waitrose in Saltash (10 minute drive).

Who manages the properties?
The grounds are managed by OSMF Ltd and each property is managed by the individual owner.
