Car
The estate is accessed via a country lane just off the A388. It's about one hour from Exeter, 20 minutes from Plymouth to the south and 30 minutes from Launceston to the north.
Train
If you’re thinking of getting the train, St Mellion lies 12 miles north-west of Plymouth and 11 miles east of Liskeard, both of which have main-line stations. The nearest local rail station is Saltash which is about 5 miles away.
Airport
The nearest airports are Newquay (42 miles) and Exeter (60 miles).
